✔ Permitted Use
You may use these digital designs to create physical products such as apparel, accessories, drinkware, sewing projects, and other handmade goods.
✔ Commercial Use
- Fabric, Print-on-Demand (POD), and Transfer Shops must purchase the appropriate commercial license.
- Small business owners may use files for handmade items without an additional license.
❌ Prohibited Use
- Files cannot be resold, shared, modified, or used to create new digital products.
- Mass production requires additional licensing.
⚠ Watermarking & Copyright
- Designs must be watermarked when shared online.
- All artwork remains the intellectual property of Heart & Hue Creations.
